small poolunreliable wifi
the pool was smaller than i expected i saw some towels left lying around that the staff didn't clear away promptly it didn't feel very relaxing i also found the street noise quite noticeable in my room especially with the trams running it made it difficult to sleep well the wifi was unreliable too i struggled to get a consistent connection

the location is great and close to the main attractions as well as train and tram stations. i liked the pool and sauna area a lot. the hotel includes necessary facilities and large rooms.

the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options and the food was generally okay. the breakfast experience can get chaotic and stressful on weekends because of many guests. fresh eggs were missing.

The spacious room was certainly a plus. The swimming pool and spa area provided great relaxation. I found the breakfast good and the service was very attentive. The hotel's location allowed easy access to various city attractions.
The minibar was not sufficiently stocked upon my arrival.

The room include a minibar with complimentary drinks. It was a nice touch. Beds were comfortable. I slept well and the bathroom provides adequate space for a family, with separate areas for showering and grooming.

location is great near the train station and walking distance to attractions. breakfast had good options and the team was efficient. i liked that the heated pool was available for my kids. staff was also helpful .
i booked the room for four people with my family, but the sofa was not prepared upon arrival. i requested it, but they only provided one sheet and two pillow covers. i think two covers should be provided for two children.

The breakfast had a lot of choices. The location was excellent. A short walk got me to the train station.
The WLAN was terrible. I had loud street noise in my room from trams. The small pool did not allow for relaxation.
